Candidates will have successfully completed the programme if they have met the attendance requirements and the evaluation criteria.
Successful candidates will receive a ‘Certificate of Completion’ from IIM Kashipur.
Those with requisite attendance but unable to complete successfully, will receive a ‘Certificate of Participation’.
Successful participants will also be accorded IIM Kashipur Executive Alumni status.

Academic Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in any discipline or an equivalent academic pursuit, with a minimum of 45% marks or equivalent CGPA (42% for NC-OBC, EWS 40% marks for SC/ST/DAP).
A valid GMAT/CAT/IIM Kashipur Administered Test score.
Dr. Rachita Gupta holds a Ph.D from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, in Operations and Supply Chain Management. Prior to this, she worked as an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Management Technology Ghaziabad for around two years. She has publications in highly ranked peer-reviewed journals, including Transportation Research Part E: Logistics and Transportation Review, Computers & Industrial Engineering, OPSEARCH, and the Journal of Modelling in Management. She has presented a number of papers at various national as well as international conferences, including INFORMS, POMS, ISDSI, SOM.
She has been awarded the Highly Commended Paper in 2019 Emerald Literati Award for one of her publications. She has also received the Young Researcher Award at the Prolog Conference held at La Rochelle Business School, France, in 2017. Her areas of interest include food supply chain management, operations management, multi-criteria decision-making, and sustainable supply chain management.

Eligible applicants (as per the application form) will have to appear for Admission Test. Admission Test is planned to be conducted on fortnightly basis.
